The soft-hued, rosy pink flesh of this seldom seen variety is possibly the sweetest of any red-fleshed apple. First rate eating quality, adding a regal touch to fruit salads, juice, sauce or pies. Developed by Fred Janson of Dundas, ON, Pink Princess is superior to it’s popular parent Pink Pearl, in both flavour and scab resistance with a deeper crimson blush to it’s yellow cheeks.
