Another noteworthy selection developed by the Schmitz family of Palatine Fruit and Roses renown. They continued in the Carl Palleck tradition of quality, growing roses for many years in the Niagara Region. We are excited and committed to keeping their very own varieties available for fellow Canadian rose lovers. This regal climber was named in honour of former Governor-General Michaëlle Jean. The stately grandeur is expressed in large clusters of soft apricot-coloured blooms with subtle variegations of coral and pink. When decked out in full regalia, Mme Jean displays a fine representation of royalty as either a restrained climber or a tall arching free-standing shrub.
