Kiss Me Kate's heady and delectable fragrance draws you in to savour the scent of citrus and green apple, with subtle notes of raspberry and myrrh. In this respect she could also belong to the Parfuma® collection from Kordes, featuring the best in healthy roses with enchanting Old-World fragrance. As part of the Arborose® series, Kate has vigorous but pliable soft canes which grow well on smaller fences or arbors. By mid-summer she is nearly smothered in generous clusters of ballerina-pink blossoms accented with a slightly darker reverse. As the flowers mature, they develop elegant, scalloped edges. In 2016, Kiss Me Kate™ was awarded the Gold Medal in Kortrijk/Courtrai.

What is Orchard Grade?

An 'orchard grade' is a tree that may be somewhat shorter, slightly crooked, or a bit scratched, or for some other reason is not a perfect front lawn specimen. These trees will work just as well in an orchard as a first or number one would, since they still produce the very same fruit.
