As customer feedback increases from year to year, so do the positive reports of Kenko, in regards to taste and also winter hardiness. This large, golden brown Asian pear is crunchy, aromatic and refreshing. Storage enhances the sweetness of its delicate pineapple-tinged flavour. It will easily keep for at least 6 months. Kenko is very disease resistant. Asian pears are one of the easiest fruits to grow organically.
